2000 Deering Goodtime Banjo
This is
the lowest of Deering's low end models. I bought it because
Ian's homemade banjo didn't have a resonator. Neither does
this. Resonators tend to make banjos heavy. Sure they
sound better that way but what the hell. I ordered a $35 soft case for this banjo and Deering
sent me a deluxe hard shell case and didn't charge me for it. It's a fun instrument to play and a headache
to tune.
